With the Avocachet client portal, you create a drop space in one click. You send the link to your client. They drag and drop their documents — no signup, no password.

Each uploaded document is immediately stored in your secure workspace. You get a notification in your daily digest. The client sees their uploads listed with a visual confirmation.

You open your dashboard, click "Create a portal". You name it ("Smith Case - Divorce") and optionally set an expiry date.

Avocachet generates a secure link. You copy it and send it to your client by email, text or messenger. The client clicks, lands on a clean page with the upload zone.

They drag in their files, see the confirmation. You find the documents in your portal, ready to be downloaded, stamped and added to the exhibit list.

Each portal is protected by a unique token. Without the full link, nobody can access the drop. Documents are stored in an encrypted private space, separate from public files.

You keep full control: enable or disable a portal at any time. Set an expiry date for temporary collections. Delete documents when the case is closed.

The portal is GDPR-compliant: no client account created, no personal data stored beyond the strict minimum, deletion available at any time.
